A Colombian specialty coffee decaffeinated with a compound derived from sugarcane. The process uses natural ethyl acetate (E.A.) made by fermenting sugarcane to gently remove the caffeine, preserving the coffee’s natural sweetness and character so it can be enjoyed comfortably at any time of day.
